Being my first time buying a car from a dealership, my experience with Gladius Motors was far more smooth and straightforward than I would have ever imagined! Raj was really friendly and helpful throughout, and went out of his way to make not only me but my family member as well feel very comfortable and valued as customers. We visited the site several times over a number of days for multiple test drives and discussions to ensure I was happy with my purchase, and we were made to feel very welcome each time. There was never any pressure, stress or feelings of being rushed, just professionalism and helpfulness along with some lovely refreshments on offer. The team within the garage worked hard to ensure my car was in excellent condition before I bought it - not only was it fully valeted and under a new warranty, but they had worked to address all MOT advisories (even the really minor ones), give it a full service and undersealed the entire car - this meant I could feel really confident that I'd spent my money wisely. Although my car was second hand, it truly felt like I was buying brand new. There were no delays with any documentation etc afterwards, and I've been loving my new car ever since! Fantastic service from Raj when I bought my honda jazz from gladius motors. I was given plenty of time to look around and take the car for a proper test drive. Raj even arranged free home delivery the following week after doing a few final touches to the car. It’s been three weeks now, and the car drives like a dream. I’m very happy with the purchase. We bought a Hyundai i10 for our daughter at gladius motors and it was the best experience we have had in a car sales no pushing or rubbish talk just a true gentleman. I don't normally leave reviews but really wanted to give this garage and Raj a review to tell people how good they are.
Bought a Volkswagen Polo from Raj for my daughters first car (just turned 17) and Raj and the ream went above and beyond what i expected (experienced from other garages) .
From the moment he knew it was for our daughter he put the car safety at the top of the list when checking over the car, he replaced the brakes, gave it a full service, did the cam belt and water pump, replaced the wipers all in the price that the car was advertised for.
Got the car home and our daughter loves her new car.
So once again a huge thanks to Raj and the team for their customer service .
